These functions are carried out across multiple platforms such as computers, smartphones, and home televisions. Each of these platforms has its own specific input mechanisms such as keyboards, touchpads, touchscreens, remote controls, and voice input.
Since EZTechMovie is anticipating a large number of new customers using their products, part of their strategic initiative is to provide more user friendly interfaces to their clients. As part of this strategy, your job in your initial post is to recommend a high level design of a voice-based interface for the user task of browsing recommended content over the smart phone.
