Describe the leadership theory from one of your selected articles that most closely reflects your current (or future) leadership style and compare/contrast it to another style you have seen used (or read about) by leaders in healthcare settings from these articles. What would you change? What impact does this leadership style have on the healthcare environment? How would you go about changing or developing your leadership style?
