Self-Managing Team

There are many aspects involved with the performance of a self-managing team.  Discuss how you and your team have approached the issue of multitasking as you work on your team project concurrently with individual work on your capstone projects.

• Include in your discussion the issues related to accountability to the team. 
• How do you balance the desire to be individually recognized for your own efforts, with the collective recognition given to the entire team for overall performance results?

Find a scholarly article particularly relevant to the issues that your peers have shared in their initial posts.  You cannot select the same article that someone else has already claimed in the follow-up post.

• Cite and summarize the article you selected from your research this week. 
• Point out tips or strategies from the article that would be helpful to your peers as they work through their team issues.
