Follow the rubric (below this box) to create one well-written, professional letter.Use the information in Activity 6.14: “Poor Response to Customer Inquiry About Social Media.” However, ignore the “Your Task” instructions.

- Type the traditional letter. (You are writing a traditional letter to replace the poorly written email in Activity 6.14.)
- Save your new letter as a Word document. (The file will end with .doc OR .docx.)
- Upload your Word document file to this submission box.
- If you have time and you do not like your original submission, just resubmit before the deadline.
Use the information in Activity 6.14 “Document for Analysis: Poor Response to Customer Inquiry About Social Media.” You will need to add your own information (such as names, addresses, company names) and delete words to fit the rubric. You may add facts.
The letter you submit will use your own wording. Your letter will not look like the email in the textbook.
