Find and examine a handheld device, such as a smartphone, tablet, remote control, gaming console, smartwatch, etc. What are three relevant usability and user experience goals you would use to evaluate the device, and what question would you ask based on each goal to assess specific aspects of the user experience? Why are these goals the best ones to apply to your device?
- Equally important to user experience in interaction design is the design process. How do the four basic activities of interaction design found in section 2.2.5 of Chapter 2 relate to either the Star model or Google Design Sprint model? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each model? Which do you prefer? Why?
